Pie Maker
Raisin Pie Maker
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 scant cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Stew raisins until tneder. Drain and add milk, and sugar mixture with flour. Cook 5 minutes and add egg yolks. Cook until mixture thickens. Cool and pour into baked crust. Cover with meringue made from egg whites and brown in oven. Makes one pie.
