Pecan Pie Maker
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup btter
- 1 cup light or dark corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut
- Cream butter and sugar. Add syrup and salt and beat well. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add pecans and coconut. Pour into a 9" pastery lined pie tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
To prevent crust form becoming soggy with cream pie, sprinkle crust with powdered sugar
