Peanut Butter Pie Maker

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 Tablespoon flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Heat the mlik to boiling point in a double boiler. Mix flour, sugar and egg yolks with a little milk. Add the hot milk and cook until thickened. remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until it is dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Add vanilla. Do not boil the mixture after the peanut butter has been added becausse it will become oily. Pour the filling into a baked pie shell. Use the 3 egg whites for the meringue.
