• 1 packet cinnamon crisp, crushed
• 3 Tablespoon melted margarine,
• combine and press into 9" pie pan.

Filling:

• 1 - 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
• 2 eggs, seperated
• Combine frit four ingredients and beat until fluffy. Add egg yolks. Mix until well blended. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 mintues. Chill

Topping:

• In a sauce pan thicken one package frozen strawberries or cherries with cornstarch.
• Cool and spread over top of pie.
• Chill before serving.
