Grandma is the Best Pie Maker
Crustless Pumpkin Pie
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 can pumpkin
- pumpkin pie spice to taste
- 2 pkg. knox gelatine
- 6 to 8 pkg sweetener
- Combine skim, milk, pumpkin and spice in saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring contantly. Add gelatine and cook until dissolved and mixture is bubbly. remove from heat and let cool; add sweetener to taste. Pour into dish sprayed with Pam and put in refrigerator until set.
