• 1 pint cottage cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 Tablespoon flour
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 3/4 cup cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Pour into unbaked pie shell as you would an apple pie. Bake at 350 degrees till crust is nice and brown.

Recipe #2
Line a pie pan with pie crust
Fill with:

• 2 cups dry cottage cheese,
• dot with bits of butter,
• 2/3 cup raisins sprinkle over cheese.

Mix together

• 2 beanten eggs
• 1 cup sweet milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspon lemon extract
• Pour the custurd over cottage.
• Bake at 275 degress about 30 minutes
